Yamaha XS1100 Standard and 1100 Special, XS750 Triple standard and special, XS650 all from 1970 to 1983, XJ1100 Maxim, XJ650 Maxim, XJ550 Maxim and 550 Seca.

It replaces the stock sealed beam with a lens that uses an H-4 style replacement bulb available anywhere and is included with the lens.
